An initial call is the first fundamental step. At this stage we are here to listen so we can build a visualisation of your dream. It is also the stage where we make sure everything you want is possible and within your budget.
Here is where the fun starts!
From here our design team can start to put pen to paper. This stage is also used for any structural site visits, should it be a larger renovation.
With all relevant permissions approved, we are now ready to start. A detailed project plan is put in place and managed by a dedicated Project Manager, creating a smoother, more hassle-free process for our customers.
This part is the most gratifying for us at Helix. The dedicated Project Manager and the Lead Engineer will walk through the entire project with you. At this point a snagging list is compiled and dates agreed for the final handover.
